Question about consolidating sd cards with homebrew

to preface this; i have a homebrewed 3ds with a homebrewed sd card on my old ds. however, i have 2 non-homebrewed sd cards i would like to merge onto the new console. could i transfer my nintendo account from the homebrewed ds to my new ds without losing the data on the old console? and could i put in my old non homebrewed sd cards into the new 3ds?

also, how can i combine my 2 old non-hb sd cards together, as i dont think i can use a non-hb sd card on my hb ds.
