You can use simple account switcher to switch account, then again vita is going to be no longer supported soon, Sony might or might not bother to ban people. If you have a ps4 play online, it is a good idea to make spare account.
that's good to know if true,i doubt i'll ever be so brazen to try playing online but I was worried about getting a trophy accidentally and syncing it or something. Would digital only games be more of a risk? since they can see you don't have it on psn presumably.

Honestly I believe there are no risks when it comes to vita games at this point not a single soul has reported a ban for playing any type of game ever since the vita got hacked. NoNpdrm gives you license to the games you instal as if you actually bought it which means you can update the game officially.
So my questions is, if I hack with the temporary on 3.68 and I boot up the console and don't initiate H-encore can I use vita online and normally? And refrain from online use when H-encore executed???
Well online gameplay on the system is dead, so Sony doesn't really care, but then again, only reason I recommend a second account is to avoid getting your PS4 ban if you have one, if it linked to the same account.
It just I want be able to access my PSN content. Maybe download everything and move it to my pc and upload it to a cloud, so can you plays content from one account on another account?
Ps4 account isn't going to get ban you'll just have sync trophies from the Vita same account, but under a different PSN server. What you should make a backup of is your ur0 and ux0 folders of your memory card data
Yes I have the Vita since 2014 and I have a bunch of games. Indies and a lot of early AAA games that came with vouchers that came with memory cards here in Europe, One with Gravity Rush, Uncharted Golden Abyss, Tearaway, etc. Good games and I have saves in these games and I want to conserve my progress. Oh and I bought Digimon Cyber Sleuth day one.

Well I doubt that Sony would really do much about it anymore since the System is dead they stop making physical copy of the game this September. The problem here is that with this new exploit , it blew the door open, since 3.68 is the highest firmware so every system is exploitable and nonpdrm does give you the license file for the games as if it were downloaded from Sony server. We don't really know what Sony is going to do, but then again use the account since you pay for all those games.

If you're that worried just turn off trophy syncing and only play games you don't own either physically or through the store with wifi disabled.
