Hacking question about banned 3DS,and unhack it after change the friend seed

hi,so i am wondering,i have N3DS that has been banned
if i change the seed file to a private one and it become unbanned,then i uninstalled B9S (because restore the original NAND will restore the original seed file),can that 3DS be banned too?
or at least can nintendo find there is something wrong with my N3DS?

Why would you unmod a 3ds. 80 percent of the time uninstalling b9s can be avoided. Also I do believe that bans both 3ds consoles since the ccert and friend code seed are stored in the nand.

Iirc, removing the CFW from an "unbanned" system will actually brick that system
