Well, yea. I saw this guide a few days ago wondering the same thing, I can't post it, but it's on the /r/SwitchHaxing subreddit titled "[Tutorial] How to transfer your Animal Crossing: New Horizons save from emuMMC to SysNAND w/o CheckPoint or Edizon". JKSV and the others work as well and are probably easier, but there's still a chance that you'll get banned by trying either of them.
Though, apparently some people have been injecting saves and playing online and haven't been banned yet, but I dunno. It's up to you, lol.
