want to buy it but I don't want to end up with a bad "GoW" clone
so has anyone played it?? and is it any good??
I don't want to spend $65 on a bust..I learned my lesson with alpha protocol

kinda want to wait a few days for castlevania instead but the last castlevania I bought was on the PS2 and it sucked

so next question is Castlevania or Quantum Theory

Buy Vanquish instead, Platinum never makes a bad game.

I haven't played it, but it did look quite appeasing to me. Apparently it hs several game breaking glitches.

I had high hopes for alpha protocol, and I thought that with the delays, it'll be a good game, but I was wrong

I guess I'll pass on Quantum Theory, I might still buy it later when the price drop on used games

Despite some unpolished bits, I loved Alpha Protocol. However, I rented Quantum Theory and it's gosh darn awful. Everything about this game is crap.

- An absolutely stupid story w/ stupid lead characters and lame enemies

- The graphics and art design were worked on late one night when the developers came home from a party and puked on a computer screen

- Aiming is incredibly sluggish

- Cover system is very basic and behind the times

- Bugs, glitches, bugs, glitches, excrement... EVERYWHERE!

I could go on, but needless to say, Quantum Theory is what happens when a chimp, a giraffe, and some 95 year old pedo get together and make love.

yeah, I did that, it was okay..not really worth the $60 price tag

I'm gonna get vanquish instead, the demo was pretty damn good
I was gonna get castlevania, but I've been itchin for a new 3rd person shooter

Enslaved shall be incredibly awesome. Loved the demo. It's getting good reviews. Story sounds awesome. Check that out.

But yeah, I'm with you on Vanquish.

I have been lazy with downloading demos. takes too long
that's why I asked here, maybe someone downloaded the iso and played it
and can give me some feedbacks

Seriously. play the Vanquish demo. you will go apeshit.

You will find that it's not so much a GoW clone, as it is, a reinvention. GoW and Vanquish have many similarities, but it does everything right, and sometimes better than GoW.
