Homebrew Quake wii problem

Hi.

I have been playing Quake wii (0.09) singleplayer and it plays great, but i have two problems with it. First, when i load a save the game acts weird. The game loads the save and im ingame, but text messeges appear in the left corner of the screen and says something about files "missing from precache" and alot of models and enemies are missing. The game works fine again if i choose new game, but i sadly cant seem to continue where i left off.

The second problem is when i use music, (having mp3s of the original tracks in the /music folder) the game crashes when trying to load a new map, and sometimes the music just cuts off and stops.

I have both pak0 and pak1 so no files are missing, I found no solution on the net or someone with similar problems. Any ideas?
All my other homebrew apps work fine.

    Well, from what I've heard from my parents, he had a seizure last night, perhaps an epileptic episode, fucking died, had a near death experience, my dad called the paramedics, they showed up, took him to the hospital, and he woke up covered in tubes, and started complaining.
