Hacking qcma c0-7926-4 error?

trying to connect to qcma over usb but my ps vita shows error c0-7926-4. I had it working yesterday but today its not working... any ideas? tried changing the usb driver didn't do anything. uninstall reinstall nothing at all

Boot your pc in safe mode and try it again, I had a lot of issues with connecting my vita to my pc because of Bitdefender. In dafe mode it worked like a charm.
