Hmmm I can't seem to find anyone that has done it. I'm not sure how EmuNAND and my unlinked NNID would work that easily. I believe you need to have a linked NNID to do it now.

Well, the linked nnid to the console you send from will simply be transfered to the target console. That seems logical to me.
I remember when I did a system transfer, my N3DS had no nnid linked, and everything went perfectly. my od3s nnid went to the other console.

I'm pretty sure it wouldn't. but I never did with 10.6, so I couldn't confirm myself.
