dsc01658ci.jpg

the others emulators run perfectly
any idea of how to fix the code dump.
cfg v61.
cios 222 v5.1
hdd, fat

maybe you have settings file for recent versions of gensplus that were made after i forked it?
or maybe you have a SD card inserted that it doesnt like? it crashes if it cant access the SD card. and it was like that before i messed with it.

I already fixed.
the problem was my sd I changed it and now the emulator sega works perfectly.
the rare thing is that with the other emulators if it was compatible but not with the sega.

thanks again giantpune

Roland, replace the main.dol in your PunEmu\sys folder with this one

http://www.mediafire.com/?pl63b2jegkvtcja

I replaced the health screen with a nintendo logo.

I can finally remove hyperspin from my HTPC because of this program, thanks again for releasing.

Cheers Gentlemen! Looks, sounds and plays great! I don't think the kids will be as addicted to ActRaiser as I was.

giantpune, Err0rist, thanks for the gift. Happy Holidays!

Anyone having problems with the QTWitGui program when I launch the program it doesnt say select Partition. Thanks

Atomsk, you don't need to have the select partion option, follow this:

If you did it correctly it will look like this:

I had to go into settings and load the different exe's in their specific areas before the partition option was available.

I made a mod of the snes.dol that includes the compatibility fixes that Tantric recently made to snes9x-gx. With this mod, a few games like Earthworm Jim 2 and The Mask are now playable, whereas the r625 used by PunEmu would not play these games.

Please note: I did not use r646 and add giantpune's mods - I just added the APU time overflow hacks to the existing r625 source.

To use this .dol, just replace the snes.dol that is already provided and use QtWitGui to build the disc image.

Thanks giantpune for your hard work on this!

ok, ill add this to the first post if you can provide source code. thanks

OK - here are the source code files that I modified. The other files are identical to the ones that you released earlier.

Also, you may want to include in the readme that if you want to play famicom games, you need a copy of the FDS BIOS in dvd:/fcuegx/disksys.rom

I also have a question for you. I noticed that after exiting PunEmu, the playlog will say that I was playing "AssMan" lol. What part of the source do I need to modify to change it so that it says PunEmu instead?

Thanks!

lmao. that was left over from messing with the opening.bnr. apparently i put the wrong one in the final upload. im adding the correct one to the first post as well.

Hey Errorist where did you get the QTWitGui program from? Mine doesn't say cywgwin or any of the other information on the program header.

This toolset is based on Wii(mms) ISO Patcher for Windows, Linux and Mac and help you to insert your roms into Punes Emulator DVD. Its an alternative for using QtWitGui. It support Windows, Linux and Mac.

The steps are very easy:[*] Download from MediaFire and unpack.[*] Copy 'punemu1.1.wbfs' to the directory.[*] Click 'extract-orig.bat' or 'extract-orig.sh'.[*] Add your roms.[*] Click 'create-iso.*' or 'create-wbfs.*'.[*] Ready to take off.Detailed instruction are included in the package, read file +INSTRUCTIONS+.txt.

Good job giantpune! One small complaint, however. Your fake "health and info" screen is hilarious, but did you need the swear in there? Any chance I could change or blur that out? I would love to give the kids access to the emulators from their kid friendly USB loader setup...
+1

Unneccesary and childish.

I still dont really see much point in this, like others have said but oh well.
