Hacking PTF Themes onto my TNV Vita

How do I install my PTF Themes onto my TNV Vita? I've read a few posts but they all seem to point out to CTF. This part I am not so good yet.

All the Themes in the Package are Compatible with TNV for the Vita, you need to install CXMB you should see it from the "VSH" menu when you press "SELECT" on your controller when installed correctly, make sure its enabled, and add the Themes into the THEME folder check the contents of "P_CXMB.ZIP" in the archive.

Went with the CXMB route, and converted my ptf to ctf.
