Gaming psx to psp sav conversion?

i am playing a rom of final fantasy 9 on the pc while i wait for it to come of in the NA psn. however i am wondering if there is a way do take the memory card save that i have on the pc of ff9 and convert it to a format that would work on the psp WITHOUT jailbreaking the psp.

AFAIK there might be an option inside cwcheats that does this. Requires flashing to cfw maybe can use hen? ... Jailbreaking =/= flashing a psp.
