Can you explain to me how are you supposed to play the games when the Gamecube controller has less buttons than the PSX one?

Plus, it doesn't have clickable analogs, which makes some games (Medal Of Honor) unplayable...

the gamecube controler has all ther buttons a psx duel shock controller has except the buttons inside the analogs. what about L1, L2 etc? the gamecubes L and R buttons can be clicked and pushed in making it possible to use L1, L2 etc.

QUOTE(Tanas @ Feb 16 2009, 10:33 AM) They have never been able to make a playable PS1 emulator that run games from CD on the xbox, and it ain't going to happen on the wii either.

they've done it on the PC though.

I don't see why the emulator would lack a "browse DVD" feature. GC backup launcher supports multi-game discs and it works beautifully.

I wouldn't mind backing up multiple PSX isos on a DVD-r. It beats multiple CD-r any day. The largest a PSX game disc could be is 699 MB. Right? That means that you could fit all 3 FFVII discs on a single DVD with room to spare.

Plus the Wii DVD read speed is up to 6x*, which could potentially be faster than data transfer over USB and WiFi.
*I guess I should have said with a chip.

Wii Dvd read speexi is only 3x * The WOD Read speed is 6x

Maybe he means it's 6x by using a chip?

Software methods can only achieve 3x
