PS1/2 PSX Emulation on PC?

you know you can get a ps1 for like 99 cents on ebay now

All the good games are expensive. LEts just take one of my favourites "vandal hearts" i cant find it anywhere and when i do people are sellign it for £70

ePSXe 1.6.0
ePSXe 1.5 (i heard some games work better with this, like FF9)

so with these 3, i'm pretty sure i'll be able to run almost all the games

epsxe 1.5 does work way better with most games. I would not recommend starting a file of FF9 on 1.6 as it WILL be stuck.

epsxe is good but development stopped on it. While it's still one of the most highly compatible, pSX comes pretty close and is still being developed. Also, to note, the different sizes on the games are probably dependent on how to game was ripped. There could have been removal of dummy files to make the games different sizes, where as others are direct raw cd images.

This game cost like $60 USD on ebay and you can download it on Xbox360 for $6, but free is always better.
