PS1/2 PSX Emu with gameshark cheats.

I want to play a game but really only for the story. I plan to use cheats but dont know how to make a cheat file correctly so im asking if there is a good PSX emu that allows you to enter cheats in rather than using a file.

If you have a PSP and a way to convert ISOs into EBOOTs, you can use CWCHEAT. It has the codes but no notes from what I can tell, but it's better than nothing.

On the PC side, I want to say that ePSXe has a method for adding codes but I haven't used it in years now so my memory is quite fuzzy, sorry.

epsxe is using a cheat file at the moment.

I know how to make cheat files now but cant for the life of me find the rom id.

I have Evil Dead Hail to the King that I plan to mess around with and have the cheats added in but as usual you need an id code in order for the emu to recognize the codes go to that game.

Anyone know how I would go about getting the ID (example SLUS-00975)
