Hi All. I have a PSVita with firmware 3.73 and using with H-Encore for a long time. Sometimes I install games with VPK files, sometimes with NoNpDrm mode and some with PKGj app. As I'm trying to use Adrenaline now to Play PSX/PSP games I tried to downgrade to firmware 3.60 using the Modoru 2.0 way on his official site.

Installed modoru.vpk then copied PSP2UPDAT.PUP (Normal Firmware downloaded from official Modoru's link) to MODORU000 folder, renamed "tai" folder to "taibackup", reinstalled HENkaku on H-Encore, configured HENkaku to "Enable Unsafe Homebrew" but when I launched Modoru icon on LiveArea I got the message "corrupted file". After this all my pre installed games are not running too with the same message "corrupted file". So I tried to reinstall HENkaku on H-Encore and it is strange now. I install the HENkaku, EXIT, but after this I'm having a "corrupted file" messages on all apps/games including the H-Encore. So I have to restart the Vita and H-Encore is the only app that runs, but after the install and exit, nothing more runs. Even H-Encore or Vitashell.

How to save my Vita from this? Then I will retry the downgrade. Thanks.

PCH-2001. Using a Kingston 64GB with SD2VITA, but H-Encore is installed on the internal Vita memory not card and H-Encore is not running after the install and exit of HENkaku. That is the point.

You can try a factory reset if you don't care about the data that it is currently on it, alternatively you can try a sony psv vita memory card, 4GB should be enough

I attached a 32GB Sony Vita card, reinstalled H-Encore using FinalHE and inside H-Encore installed VitaShell and it worked, but after a reboot, after reinstall HENkaku, exit, H-Encore and VitaShell have the same problem. Corrupted File. I need to shutdown or restart the Vita to run H-Encore without the "file corrupt" message, but even reinstalling HENkaku and exiting, after exite, H-Encore give me the "file corrupt" message...

    Too bad it's a Gigglebite
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
Wifi7 maxes out at like 50gb so to just have 2gb makes it pointless

The LAN port is nice IF you can make use of it.....
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
LAN should always be the way to go for desktops highly doubt we'll see 15gb realistic use cases for in home anytime soon
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I can plug my PC in right now over LAN but it's a rather rare and temporary set up, kind of like sitting with the door open and my PC this way. I can look outside see the lake and the birds and snakes and alligators....

I have two like 5 foot tall sand cranes outside right now by the lake

@Psionic Roshambo, You don't like Gigabyte? I like them. I've bought ASUS board n dead on arrival and had MSI board die on me after few months, but never had any issues with Gigabyte MB.

Asus.... I have had multiple failures...
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Gigabyte I have had one failure, but it was on the super low end and it was an old system to lots of heavy use on a mobo that was probably taxed to it's limits.
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
I've had failure with ASRock before
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
So my not liking them is several bad stories recently
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
Gigabyte is just decent because it's midpriced and has everything you need
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I guess some of me not liking them is based on when I worked at Dell... They did a lot of the boards for Dell at the time and some of them where just ass.... Like 20% failure rate on some of them in 2 years. I suspect a lot of it was when all those bad caps got into the supply chain.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
At the time Dell was the number one PC seller and popular plus cheap mobo plus bad caps plus going from XP to Vista.... it was just a bad time for the entire PC industry lol
