Hacking psv files

The .psv file format is basically a raw cartridge dump, if I remember rightly. I imagine the contents of the .psv (especially the executable) will be encrypted so you wouldn't be able to even open and decrypt them, let alone convert to a .vpk.

It's also worth noting that VPKs are just zip archives with a renamed file extension, and the contents of the vpk are completely unencrypted, making the .psv and the .vpk formats completely different to the point that a converter is just out of the question.

As a result, there aren't any such tools that you are looking for at the moment. Sorry about that. :(

figured it was something bad since my searches turned up nothing...no big deal.....dumping all our carts will fill up the 32gb anyway
