It was the signature of someone I knew on another forum. And I'm sure they took it from somewhere else. I just edited it for PSP use.

I might be able to do some Lucky Star stuff. I'll see what pics I have stashed away unless you have any specific ones in mind.

Hello! Just thought id give an update. After these wallpapers have been made, ive decided to start up a website and hopefully get a small team together to do wallpapers that anyone requests!

If you wish to join the team, PM me and Raika Some samples, (Raika Will be Second in command BTW.) and we will decide if you make the team or not.
