Gaming PSP Phat, going CFW -one question

Alright, so I ordered a pandora battery from someone on another forum ($25 + $2 shipping), and am going to be purchasing an MS Pro Duo card soon (256 mb). My questions is, all I have to do to turn the MS into an MMS, is pop the mem stick into my PSP, go into usb mode, and on my computer (which has XP) run the totalnewbieeasyinstaller?

Don't get a 256MB MS, you can switch the MMS back to a regular MS, so just get a nice, big one.

for psp that's a really small size. Unless all you're planning to use is homebrew
