Gaming psp help 1.10 pandora battery

i had a psp battery and tried making it pandora but it had a metal cover when opening it so i was hoping there was a way to do it that way

why even open batteries anymore, pandora's are cheap nowadays and if you can find a friend with cfw on his 1000 or earliest 2000 you can just make it with a function in the vsh menu
