PSP Go wont run homebrew

I could use some help on my PSP Go 6.61 PRO Infinity 2.0.3
i cant seem to actually use homebrew. Whenever is tart anything it ends with showing the PSP Boot logo and then the device turns off
game images work fine

ive tried P-tester, CyanogenPSP and Cave Story PSP so far

Update your system to the latest and upgrade the CFW to ARK-4.

im already on 6.61 and PRO-C latest version. shouldnt homebrew run on that?
It should, but maybe try an alternative CFW first. If that doesn't work then it might be another problem.

I started PRO Upgrader again, removed Pro, rebooted.
Copied the Infinity EBOOK.PBP from the latest ARK to my PSP, ran it, changed it to ARK and had it update Infinity.
Now it no longer boots. What can i do?

i did

EDIT: For anyone finding this via googling later on;

Pressing home button while booting the Go let me back into the system. Installed ARK via the online method by copying the save file and ARK_Live over. that time it worked.
