You mean emulators for the PSP or emulators for PC that emulate the PSP?

If the later, then the best one is JPCSP, as far as I know, it has the best compability out there, the forums are pretty nice too, however the compabiliy isn't perfect yet and there's quite a lot of games that don't run at all.

There's also PCSP, which is pretty much the C++ version of JPCSP. It doesn't work as well as JPCSP, but it's still being worked on just as much. I suggest downloading both frequently, as sometimes if one doesn't work on one it'll work on the other.

Since this is within PSP Hacking and Homebrew, I suppose you're looking for emulators that run on psp? Anyway, you've got enough psp emulators for PC (above posts). You can take a look at this gbatemp wiki article for an overview of most emulators for psp.

thanks guys i tried two games with this emulator and they did not work which sucks...
Well you can say that JPCSP are in state it can render 3D graphics at HD resolution which makes it good for recording Project Diva game PV's in HD.Well that's about it. When actually trying to play something there is some graphical glitches and input lag so it's unplayable.
