Gaming PSP Cheat Editor

Hey tempers, I wasn't satisfied with the cheats for KHBBS that were in GBAtemp's cheat database, so I was looking for new cheats, and I found some here, but the only problem is, I don't know how to make them work! Is there a simple PSP cheat code editor, like the R4 cheat code editor( I am more experienced with the DS than I am with the PSP.)

You can rename it into .txt and open it normally and edit it. I don't know if there is something like R4cce for it though.
