The scanlines are heavily pronounced. This happened after I got this PSP and removed a badly jammed microSD adapter, and reassembled the PSP (I have disassembled many PSP's, and there is no internal damage).

Any idea how to fix this? I have already replaced the LCD screen, and no change.

This didn't happen until after I removed a badly jammed microSD adapter. Before that, the screen looked fine.

I had a similar issue when I disassembled and reassembled a japanese PSP 3000. The screen became fuzzy. It may be the ribbon cable for the LCD is not inserted right. Not sure. I broke the black tab that holds it in place so I had always assumed that was what caused it. (that piece is so easy to break)
