Hardware PSP 2000 Power Indicator Light

I'm having a problem with my PSP power indicator, it's always orange even if the battery is fully charged.
It happened after i upgraded my psp to 6.20 pro and even after installing it, it didn't happen right away.
Is it firmware or hardware related? Thanks. :cry:
