Hacking psp 1000 brick

so have a psp brick that boots with the home start select square triangle boot only. what do i do to to fix this perminantly ? tia

Can you possibly explain this better? Did you install infinity cfw without any cfw? (Just the infinity file)

i thought the 1001's were nigh impossible to total brick because of MagicMemoryStick+battery Mod. though sounds like you more or less need to re-setup your CFW.

ya bought a brick and just needed to install newer cfw

Unbrick with magic ms and pandora battery by installing OFW, then udate to 6.61 and install permanent cfw; look at the video by MrMario2011 on Youtube. That should fix your psp!

1. completely power off your PSP.

2. Hold the buttons SQUARE, TRIANGLE, SELECT, and START then power on. You should get a blank sreen. Kinda looks like you bricked. Keep the buttons held for few more seconds then let go
