Homebrew Question PSNES bricked my Switch?

So I launched PSNES for the first time, installed it from the homebrew appstore. My battery was at 60%, switch froze. I removed it from the dock, and it had a black screen. Couldn't use the power button to turn it on. Putting it in the dock showed no power light, and nothing happened when I plugged it into an AC adaptor directly either. No AutoRCM, just SX OS 1.4 on 5.1.

Dumb question but I have to ask. Have you held the power button for 12 seconds to do a hard power down?

Do this. I highly doubt homebrew bricks your Switch.
