Hello everyone I'm in Nigeria and I have a PS Vita 1000 which I'm playing vpk games on its and I wanted to install H-encore with others things like pictures, videos & music through CMA ,QCMA but in the sign in account my country ain't listed how to bypass the PSN or access the CMA or QCMA without asking to sign-in and my console is rooted to 3.65 version which was downgraded from 3.70... I need help to access to bypass the PSN without degrading from my current version 3.65 on my PS Vita 1000
