I'm working on a PS5 which I believe has a failing gddr6 ram ic, the console randomly crashes when launching games or navigating through the menus.

is it possible to work out which ram ic is failing from the log below?

I have the same exact issue. Have you managed to resolve the issue by replacing the ram?

Mine doesn't show any abnormal heating on the RAM modules so I can't pinpoint which one is failing exactly (if the RAM is even failing)
