Gaming PS4 game save backup folder structure

hey guys,

I am on 4.55 and looking for when you back up your saves thru the setting menu, what files/folders are copied over?

if someone could backup a game to usb and show me the folder structure that would be amazing or send it to me somehow that would be great too.
