Ps4 Browser Help

Whatever i try to load into any link it just gets stuck and keeps loading,
so far i've tried to restart the ps4, restart the router, rebuilt the database, tried different dns settings, also tried a mobile hotspot, but nothing seems to be working, and i really really dont want to initialize it

this is what its stuck at, its just keesp here and then the browser tell me its not responding, its happening with whatever i search

Hosts may be down if you don't already have the page cached? The only thing I can think of.

I did have the page cached, but I rebuilt the database thinking it would fix it, also when ever I enter a link it kinda hangs a bit, and then just keeps loading, it was doing that even before the database rebuild when the page was supposed to be cached

Try the self-host solution, everything is loaded on the devices... might be an option, and the devices are cheap.

It's looking like maybe a going bad hdd or some corruption. Have you tried pulling the plug while on leaving it disconnected for more than a minute and holding down power button during that time. Yes the pulling of plug while on is desperate. Make sure it's at home screen with nothing running.

Then try again.

Also one other thing reinstalling ofw from usb in safe mode as well this might fix an corrupt os problem but first do the top one first.

The reason I didn't wanna do that was because I had spent the last week flying through ghost of Tsushima, and I was on the second half of act 3, so I don't suppose there's any way to get my save out, cause this was my second time playing through it, the first time I had a bug or something and my horse didn't spawn in the end of act 2, but I think changing out my hard drive is the only option now,
Also if anyone know any way to get a save out I'll be grateful.

No clue if this is a good call, but, give PPPwn a shot. If you can run Goldhen from there, attempt to install/run Apollo.

If you make it that far, Apollo will let you back up the save files. Otherwise, you're outta luck (as far as my research knows)

Like @Ricken suggested if not use official backup of save to usb to restore you will have to know your id in hex and restore yor account to use official backup saves. If both are not possible then your problem out of luck.
