Hacking PS3HEN ..Struggles ... Pls Help ..

Well been trying to get ps3hen working BAD all last night but it always fails the online way ..... i really need someone to guide me PLEASE
i have a 32 gig USB STICK FAT32 16 bit klusters ...
ps3
i tried the UPDAT.PUP way no luck & the online way no joy
i saw on YouTube the best way was a offline way

What do you mean 'the online way'?

If failure to initialise, delete cookies, cache and web history. Set homepage to blank. Close browser and retry.

you get HEN installed? i purchased 2 PS3 consoles yesterday for $20 each, one FAT and one super slim. HEN installed on the fat with no issues, but the super slim took about 6 tries before it took.
