PS3Hen 3.2.2 Hard Drive Upgrade

I have a 250GB hard drive and I want to clone my data onto a 1TB to put into my PS3. How do I do that on HEN?

Do I have to have a debug menu? Or just transfer everything over via either FTP or MultiMan then restore my console? I need help, man and the subreddit for PS3Hacking is private and won't approve my request

I also have troble upgrading my hdd using Evilnat 3.89.3. When I insert my new drive it says I must use fw 3.90.
I tried using a usb drive and evilnat 3.89.3 in the PS3/UPDATE folder but I still get the same error.
