Hacking PS3 Slim Compatible Console List?

I know there was a list of Slim Models that were able to be downgraded. I have been looking for a Slim on 3.55 or lower but if i find a model that matches that can be downgraded i will just go that route but everywhere i have see list of these models has led to websites no longer available or leads to deleted forum pages. Is there anywhere still alive with more information on these models and current information on programs, download links, etc..

Where it says downgradeable Min. praxis if the model is under 3.55 or 3.55 you are good. If it is the 3000 series further below you cannot.

Yeah no problem, I recommend the E3 NOR Flasher. Make sure the PS3 is NOR (All slims 2000/3000 should be) and that the downgradeable Min. praxis number is 3.55 or below.

After you got CFW running upgrade to Rebug CFW (latest) from there. His channel should have other modding guides once you finally install CFW. This is his how-to-mod playlist after CFW is installed. If you have any more questions ask me. I have done this before.

P.S it is always risky taking apart PS3. If you feel you cannot do it then just buy one on 3.55. However good luck.
