Hardware PS3 no signal output

I was tasked with repairing my uncle's PS3 the issue is that it doesn't output any signal I read online that may be GLOD because it boots but shuts off to no led after it turns on I've opened it up and cleaned it. It looks like it over heated as its super orange around the heatsinks for the chips but it's hard to tell if the chips need recalled and as far as I can tell the HDMI port looks intact. I'd like any information and input I can from you guys to help figure this out.

there's a syscon python script on psx-place that may be able to help you diagnose the problem. it could be a lot of things at this point.

Won't boot at all led goes green for a minute and that's it

Proberbly a bad gpu (rsx chip) or bad bga connections under the chip
