Hacking PS3 Hen question

I have just jailbreak PS3 with Hen and need help with couple of things.
How do I play PS3 Iso?
I have WinSCP and I know how to use it.

Download a backup game and convert into iso
copy it in PS3ISO folder on your ps3

Now I need help, I can't seem to install Han and I have Hybrids and Hen installed.

Why do you want a store when you can download from google?

Because it's easier since I can download direct to PS3 without using USB and I have hard time find PS3 ISO since I want to download PS3 ISO using torrents since direct download can be slow.
