Hardware PS3 freeze after loading anything

1- Disc won’t show in XMB (BD is working)

2- Freeze when mounting games from webman through HDD Internal

3- freeze after loading anything for example multiman or Tekken


I tried rebuild database and restore file system but no luck


Is my Hard Drive is dead?

It was the ribbon cable under the Bluray drive

Seems to be a problem of your BD Drive. Maybe a bad connection.
Check the BD-Drive is connected properly and try to reinstall CFW
