DX should actually start selling the "simple dongle" we can see on some other DX like website...

Those jailbreak device are likely to be caught by customs if you buy them to re-sell them, and you'll run into problems.

A simple atmel dongle is most of time cheaper (well, the price are higher now since the demand is big, and people want to make profit), and it's 100% legal and upgradeable.

Can't just people buy some breadboard a pic or atmel chip and a few parts from they're local electronics shop to make a dongle. You can make one for $10 or cheaper. And upgradable too.

The PS Jailbreak will be a cheap clone as I got one from lightake and only the red LED works.

The device still works as a jailbreak device ok but may not be upgradable and will not be supported by the offical makers of the original.
