PS1/2 PS3 controller on PS2

Can someone tell me exactly how to set these files up? The guide says:

====INSTALLATION====
Copy ds4ps2.irx and ds4ps3.irx to the root of your usb flash drive.
Load the .elf with an ELF loader (uLaunchELF for example).
That's it

But in the zip the closest to these files are:
ds3ps2.c and ds3ps2.h

There's also no .ELF file in the zip...

What exactly am I supposed to do? For the record I just setup MCBoot on my PS2 so I'm completely new to this.

You have downloaded just the source code of whatever you want to use. Either compile it or download the binary distribution.
