hello there. i hope for help with my problem:
my PS3 CHECHC-4 got hot. RSX 85° C and CELL 72°. so i remove the IHS from both. i did not work carefully enough and cut the PCB from the CELL a little bit. it looks that i cut the groundfield instead of the traces.
in any case the PS3 would not start after that. the screen remains black and the controller would not found from the PS3. neither with the USB-Cable.
there were no beeps and no flashings. the PS3 starts normaly. i can start the PS3 also in save mode. the behavior from the LEDs and the beeper says that in any case.
what is your opinion. is the problem the scratch on the PCB, or can a reflow or a reball fix the problem?
sorry für my bad englisch. i´m a german. i learned englich 35 years ago in the school. i was never the best.
greetings from germany.
