Hacking Ps3 Cfw Psn patch and ps ninja issue

after i load the game web man games and use psn patch and ps ninja and sign into psn then launch the game it freezes on a black screen can anyone help me?

EDIT: i guess im not the only one having this problem i looked it up the only fix i found is converting the game to iso and running it like that working fine now
