Well apperantly the disc drive in my family's 80gb ps3 ate a disc which we needed so me and my stepdad went to best buy to return it since it was under warranty. The ps3 was bought from there a year ago for $400 and when we returned it they offered a FULL REFUND. So we leveled up and got 40 more gigs of memory with the $300 Ps3 slim 120 gig. It took 2 hours of waiting, transfering my saves onto a flashdrive and have about 7 people say that they couldnt get the disc out. Eventually the manager managed to somehow disasemble it and get the disc out ( Despite some employes saying they weren't autherized to do that. )
And while we waited i got my not lame stpedad interested in Dj hero so we got it. And since we got a ps3 slim the Dj hero technicly was $20 ( Hows that for a discount? ) And so overall I now have a really cool ps3 slim and Dj hero.

BestBuy has good return policies.

I purchased a DSi with the RocketFish starter set from them on the first day of release.
Several months later I heard about the residue problems that the RocketFish screen protector causes and contacted RocketFish to get information about the issue. RocketFish informed that they were aware of the problem and would resolve it in future products. OK, that wasn't really helpful. When pressed as to what I should do they referred me to the store where I purchased it.

When I contacted BestBuy about the potential problem, they listened, advised me to bring the unit in and allow their tech department to assist me in removing the screen protector. When I inquired to the person in tech service how they would proceed, he was honest and said that they would do their best but if they were unsuccessful and the screen sustained damage they would replace the unit.

Now THAT is standing behind your products and pretty good customer service, something that is all too rare today. That is why I go to BestBuy for my gaming and electronics needs.
