I was watching this video and the guy mentions a system.zip file. Unfortunately the video is from 6 years ago and I would assume some of those elf files have been updated. Where could I get a more modern system.zip with all the apps updated?

Does that leave an empty 4th square where the 4th app should be? I just noticed that only 3 apps are on there.
