While playing persona 4 I noticed my left analog stick rubber piece breaking off,I thought about just using super glue(not that I have any at the moment)but I heard it could eat the plastic...then I was thinking maybe I should just replace it,how hard are they to replace?

They're not that hard to replace. eBay and Amazon have them at cheep prices and some 3rd party game stores have them for around $3-10. Pawn shops and other hand-me-down stores usually have a lot. They're not that old and are pretty common.

I bought an original Sony PS2 controller (new) for about 15€ a few months back. Don't really know how much you mind doing to find a good deal, but I got mine via Play.com (UK-based). Still I'd guess there are similar stores in the US.
