Hardware PS Vita slim, solid green light but no display, please help.

PS Vita slim, solid green light but no display, i can't any hear any sound also, can't force turn off, only way is to disconnect the battery from the board. PS Vita is charging if connected via official charger. But has no display upon turning it on. Please help me guys to fix it.

Sorry if unhelpful, but the only time my vita got in similar condition was when I accidentally listed a kernel plugin as a universal plugin (or the other way around, I forgot.) Maybe that is an issue in your config.txt
