Hacking Ps vita error message: C1-3536-7

So i bought a second hand modded vita. Putting it on standby mode and opening it after 10-15 mins gives me the error c1-3536-7 and restarts the system. I can't find a fix for this anywhere online. Somebody told me that it may be a faulty sd card so i went ahead and removed the jailbreak to mod it myself and increase the storage as it came with only 64gb of sdcard storage. After removing the jailbreak and installing a clean and updated OS, the error is still present. I dont want to continue modding it yet cause I think the error will just carry on over. Anybody knows a fix for this? Thank you in advance.

If it fails, try to revert the console to completely stock state.

Not just removing stuff from the card or deleting apps from the screen. Use the guide to do it.
