Hacking PS TV 3.20 Hack?

Hi everybody!

My local gamestop sold the PS TV for 20€ so i snatched one just to have some fun hacking with it.

What can i do with it?

I also have a ps4 (do not know if it's a relevant information)

It would be relevance if it was a PS3. Unfortunately, before you can set up PSP-side kernel exploits, such as TN-V or ARK, you will need to activate the PSTV first since you will need to open up PSP/Mini games on the system. And the only way to activate a PSTV or Vita on a lower FW is through a PS3.

But if you or a friend do happen to have a PS3, that'd be great to start off with.

Use the QCMA USB Swap trick in my guide. It's at part 5 if I remember rightly, and it's pretty simple; should be a quick and easy process.

The USB Swap trick bypasses the update nag you get when connecting to a PS3, and also allows you to transfer the required PSP content from the PS3 to the Vita.
