NEW NDS Homebrew
Protista_title.jpg

Protista is an "interactive toy" where users create creatures and battle it out for space in the Petri dish. The game is designed to engage both the left and right sides of the brain.

The whole programming idea was ripped directly out of carnage heart even the layout and color sceme are the same.
You're complaining? It's free and on the DS

It has a lot of potential! Its missing some key stuff, like a better battle system and less "one off" creatures (There are some parts only usable by the template creatures) Also obviously theres no saving so the complicated experience of building your creature must be repeated everytime you play. Overall it seems like a great piece of homebrew!

On the downside these small things needed to take the game to legendary level will never happen... The games dated at 2007. D:

Yeah, I got thanked! lol.
ANYWAY, overview time!
The game is physics based, and the physics are soft-body, most people think the image used is the battle system, but it's actually the AI programming section. The makers of the game have helped to make games like Metroid, so it IS commercial quality.
