    Away from you.
Will a save created by a patched version of Pokemon Black work with a later version of the patch?

If I understand what you mean, then yes.

I'm basing my answer on this: you patch pokemon black with v1 translation, then when v2 is out, you do the same, and your wondering if you sav file will work, if that's the case, then yes.

In fact, the Japanese saves and translation saves should work fine with any region game (although with some issues, such as the Wi-Fi region settings and Pokémon names). So you should be able to transfer your save to the Australian/European version of the game or even the North American version.

Yeah I was wondering, will the names of the pokemon (not with a nickname but the original ones) will change to the english ones or not?

Because Japan makes very childish names and America can make pretty good ones (Umbreon from Blacky, Pidove from Mamepato etc etc)

You can always edit your save file with PokeSav and change the names.
