OP
Nintendon't was able to get the Wii U Gamecube Adapter to work with it, so is there a way to get a gamecube controller working for Project M on the Wii U? I am really sick of playing with the classic controller and wanna get my favorite controller out (and no, I really don't want to play on it with Dolphin)

I have the Homebrew Channel installed.

I am a noob at this so ya. Please forgive me for an stupidity :/

Nope, sorry. Best thing you can do is get a third party adapter (there's one from Mayflash) that lets you plug your gamecube controller into your Wiimote. It makes your gamecube controller look like a Wii Classic controller in vWii.

A warning though: this may cause input lag. Check reviews and ask questions first if this is a concern.

Project M is a Brawl mod.

Brawl is a Wii game.

You can't use a real Gamecube controller with Wii games on a Vwii.

Luckily, Brawl also supports the Wii Classic Controller, and there are Gamecube to Classic adapters (and Gamecube-shaped classic controllers)
