Homebrew Project M disk could not be read

So, I got Smash Bros. Project M for homebrew and I played for a couple days and randomly when it starts up it says "The Game Disk could not be read." normal brawl still works, just Project M isn't working. I've tried installing the hackless version and it doesn't even go into Gecko OS, it just goes to the stage builder with an X on the SD card. I have no idea what to do.
